No baking, no fuss, just real ingredients you likely already have in your pantry. Naturally sweet, protein-rich, and endlessly satisfying.


And as for the season? Well, all year round — especially great for winter and early spring when dried fruit and pantry staples shine.

Ingredients for 10-12 balls:


  • 10 soft dates, pitted

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 15 almonds

  • 15 cashew nuts

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp gluten-free oats


Step-by-step cooking process:


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Blitz until the mixture sticks together (but still has texture).

  3. Roll into bite-sized balls with your hands.

  4. Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up.


Optional Add-ins:

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • A splash of vanilla extract

  • A dusting of cacao or cinnamon

  • Protein or collagen powder


Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.
