The perfect snack for busy mornings, afternoon slumps, or anytime you need a little boost — fast. These one-minute energy balls are packed with the power of nuts, dates, and seeds. No baking, no fuss, just real ingredients you likely already have in your pantry. Naturally sweet, protein-rich, and endlessly satisfying.
And as for the season? Well, all year round — especially great for winter and early spring when dried fruit and pantry staples shine.

Ingredients for 10-12 balls:
10 soft dates, pitted
1 tbsp peanut butter
15 almonds
15 cashew nuts
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp gluten-free oats
Step-by-step cooking process:
Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Blitz until the mixture sticks together (but still has texture).
Roll into bite-sized balls with your hands.
Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
Optional Add-ins:
A pinch of sea salt
A splash of vanilla extract
A dusting of cacao or cinnamon
Protein or collagen powder
